Line 65 Read-Crowder Express

 
The new Line 65 Read-Crowder Express serves the New Orleans East area providing new bi-directional service on Crowder Boulevard every 30 minutes during commute hours and every 60 minutes during the middle of the day and weekends.
 
Key Features and Benefits:
  • New Express Line, Route change, and Timetable change for added connections and access to the service area
  • Restores service along Crowder Boulevard
  • Adds daily service to the New Orleans East Walmart
  • Connects riders to downtown
  • Provides more service along Lake Forest Drive between Desire Parkway and Crowder Boulevard
  • Provides access to new high school campus site at Crowder Boulevard and Lake Forest Boulevard
  • Expands Service capacity in New Orleans East and offers more convenient connections to downtown New Orleans.

Line 90 Carrollton

 
Line 90 Carrollton serves Midcity and Gentilly neighborhoods with weekdays service operating every 30 minutes during commute hours and every 60 minutes during the middle of the day and on weekends.
 
Key Features and Benefits:
  • New route, Route change, and Timetable change for increased access, added service and addressing over-crowding
  • Restores pre-Hurricane Katrina cross-town transit connection on N. and S. Carrollton Avenue from Elysian Fields Avenue to S. Carrollton and S. Claiborne Avenues via Desaix Boulevard
  • Restores service to the LSU School of Dentistry
  • Offers additional daily transit service along Gentilly Boulevard from Elysian Fields to Desaix Boulevard
  • New service and new connections into neighborhoods
  • Increases access to jobs, schools, shopping and medical facilities

Line 106 Aurora serves Algiers with Monday-Friday service every 30 minutes during peak commute hours from the Aurora neighborhood in Algiers to downtown via Woodland Avenue and MacArthur Boulevard.

  • New Route change and Timetable change for increased connections and access
  • New connections between Our Lady of Holy Cross College, MacArthur Blvd, General De Gaulle, Convention Center and Elk Place and Canal St.
  • Increases access to jobs, schools, colleges, shopping, groceries and neighborhoods
  • Weekday service every 30 minutes during commute hours

Line 32 Leonidas-Treme serves Leonidas, Hollygrove, Midcity and Treme neighborhoods with new daily service operating every 50 minutes.
 
Key Features and Benefits:
  • New route, Route change, Timetable change and Name change for new connections and better access serving Leonidas, Carrollton and Treme via Orleans Avenue
  • Creates a crosstown connection from S. Carrollton Avenue via Orleans Avenue to downtown New Orleans (Canal Street)
  • Restores service on Orleans Avenue
  • Increases access to jobs, schools and shopping
  • Eight grocery stores on the route
  • New connections in the neighborhoods it serves
  • Connects riders to downtown
  • Newly added weekend service

Line 62 Morrison Express serves the New Orleans East area with daily service operating every 20 minutes during commute hours and every 40 minutes during the middle of the day and Saturdays, and 60 minutes on Sundays.

  • Extends to provide access to the New Orleans East Walmart on Bullard Avenue
  • Provides new daily access to the Ferncrest nursing home

Line 102 General Meyer now serves Federal City with weekday service operating every 40 minutes and weekend service operating every 80 minutes.

  • Buses heading from Walmart to Canal Street now utilize Annunciation Street
