New Orleans Regional Transit Authority
NEW ORLEANS – The Regional Transit Authority, RTA, announces the launch of the RTA-Google partnership, making schedule and route information available on Google Maps.
When searching for directions or specific locations, New Orleans’ transit is now on Google Maps. RTA’s trip planner data is more accessible to a wider audience and will improve mobility. Riders can now access RTA system information in 12 languages and on most mobile devices.
With Google’s mainstream appeal, the RTA can provide streamline, public transit information to riders. The RTA is dedicated to continuously improving access to services for locals and visitors alike.
