If you have questions or comments about specific functions and services of the RTA, simply click on the appropriate category and fill out our easy to use electronic form. RTA ID Center - Hours are Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to noon and from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. The ID Center is located in the trailers at the A. Philip Randolph facility, 2817 Canal Street.
