If you have left an item on a bus or streetcar, contact RTA and provide the information below.
Bus - 504.940.5586
Streetcar - 504.827.8399
1. Route number of the bus/streetcar you were riding and bus/streetcar number, if possible;
2. Date and time you lost the item; and
3. A detailed description of the item.
Items may be claimed at the Lost and Found office between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. weekdays.
Items left on a bus may be claimed with a clerk at RTA’s Eastern New Orleans facility located at 3901 Desire Parkway or if left on a streetcar, you would see a clerk located at RTA’s facility at 2817 Canal Street.
NOTE - RTA is not responsible for any items left on the buses
