If you ride buses and streetcars a lot, it’s a good idea to buy a Jazzy Pass. You’ll find it more convenient than paying each fare in cash, and you’ll save money.
The 1-Day Jazzy Pass is only available from a bus driver or a streetcar conductor. You can buy a 1-Day Jazzy Pass when you board and then use it for that same trip.
The 3-Day & 31-Day Jazzy Pass is not available on buses or streetcars. You can buy them in three different ways:
When you buy a Jazzy Pass, it is inactive. To begin using your Jazzy Pass, simply dip it into the fare machine at the time you board a bus or streetcar. The machine will activate your card.
A number of drug stores, groceries, hotels, and other places across the city sell 1-Day & 31-Day Jazzy Passes. The RTA is continually signing up new business partners to sell Jazzy Passes, so check back often!

The RTA has installed Ticket Vending Machines (TVMs) at busy stops throughout our system with more to come throughout the year. These ticket vending machines sell Cash Value Cards, 1-Day and 31-Day Jazzy Passes
