CANAL STREETCARS
Roundtrip from Randolph Facility, 2817 Canal Street
Seating: 52 (Total capacity seated and standing is 75)

Riverfront to Canal Cemeteries or to Beauregard Circle...........$300.00

$450.00 per hour, includes $75.00 supervisor fee (Two hour minimum)

Canal streetcar at pocket track by Harrah's Casino........$350.00

(One hour maximum; $50.00 extra per every 1/4 hour over)
Carnival Season: Streetcars are not available for charter during the Mardi Gras Season. The season commences from the eve of the first night parade until the day after Carnival Day.
RULES & REGULATIONS:
Availability of Service: When fuel, vehicles, and operators are available.
Food & Beverages: Food & non-alcoholic beverages are permitted on the chartered vehicle. All consumable items must be in paper or plastic containers. Metal and glass containers are prohibited on chartered vehicles.
Decorations: Signs & decorations may be used subject to approval by the RTA. Attachments must be made with string. Decorative sprays, adhesive sprays, or adhesive type stickers may not be used.
Conduct: Unruly behavior or unsafe acts of passengers will constitute adequate cause for immediate termination of the service.
Injuries & Damages: Charterer is responsible for injuries and damages to persons, vehicles, or equipment resulting from acts of passengers.
Lost Articles: The RTA will not be responsible for any articles left on chartered transit vehicles during period of charter or after charter trip is completed.
Operation: The RTA operator or supervisor is the ONLY person authorized to operate the vehicle, and is required to remain with the vehicle at all times.
NOTE: The operator is not allowed to handle luggage, boxes, packages, etc., on, off, or in vehicle.
AT LEAST TWO WEEKS ADVANCE NOTICE IS REQUIRED. CHARTERS WILL BE BOOKED BASED UPON AVAILABILITY.
