Making the Connection

The First 100 Days

Since my first day with RTA, I have been dedicated to connecting with the people we serve. Making the connection involves understanding that everyone in New Orleans is our customer and knowing that with every interaction, we either gain trust or we lose it. I want to gain your trust and make sure that the work we do is for the good of all our people. On this page you will find some of my priorities (click here) and learn more about upcoming Listening Sessions (click here) and how you can connect with me to share your vision for public transit for our great city.
