RTA GoMobile App's Ticketing Feature Scheduled to Go Offline for Software Updates

4/4/2019

What:               In order to improve rider experience, the GoMobile app’s ticketing platform will be
temporarily shut down for upgrades Thursday. Riders will still be able to use the
real-time tracking, map, and scheduling; but they will need to purchase tickets at
the fare box during that time.

When:              Thursday, April 4th

1am – 3am

FAQs:               How long will GoMobile be down?
The ticketing portion on the app will be offline for two hours. We apologize for any
inconvenience and thank you for your patience.

Will the entire app be offline? Are there features I can still use?
Only the ticketing part of the app is affected by this upgrade. Riders with the latest
version of GoMobile can continue using the map, schedule, and real-time tracking
features. They should select “Continue as Guest” instead of signing in. You can
download the most current version through the App Store or Google Play Store.

What if I already have an active 31-day, 5-day, or 3-day pass?
Riders who already purchased and activated a multi-day pass can show the
receipt to the operators to board the bus or streetcar.

All service alerts, updates, and detours can also be accessed by downloading RTA’s GoMobile app.
