Become a Jazzy Pass Vendor Many retail stores across New Orleans sell Jazzy Passes, the magnetic-striped cards that make using the RTA more convenient and less expensive for our riders. Your store can also become a Jazzy Pass vendor. Applying to Be a Vendor To apply for your business to become a Jazzy Pass vendor, please review the Policies and Procedures and complete Vendor Contact Form below. Other types of payment will require contacting the RTA Pass Sales Office directly. Ordering Information for Current Vendors Orders are fulfilled on a case-by-case basis once an order form is submitted. Upon placement of order, the vendor will be contacted and sent an invoice. At that time an appointment will be scheduled for the vendor to pickup of their order. This process typically takes within 7-14 business days. The following are the required order minimums: Passes (1, 3, and 31-day): minimum 50; increments of 25 One Way Tickets: minimum of 50; increments of 10 Tokens: 500 minimum (1 box) *Vendors may place an order for both tokens and passes, if desired. Payments Payments are due upon pick up of order. Invoices must be paid in full at the time of pick up. Checks are the only form of payment accepted in the RTA Sales Office.
