Let RTA Drive You to the Festival This Weekend 

NEW ORLEANS – Let the Regional Transit Authority (RTA) drive you to the festival this weekend. Avoid looking and paying for parking, skip the hassle of traffic, and board one of our many lines of service that can get you to the fairgrounds for all your festival fun. With all of the agency’s recently expanded services providing 24 hour access to neighborhoods across the city, hopping aboard the RTA has never been more convenient. Want to make you ride even easier? GoMobile by downloading RTA’s mobile ticketing app and pre-purchase a 1- or 3-day pass on your smart phone to save boarding time and money. Just activate your pass before boarding and show it to your driver from your smart phone.

Try one of these convenient routes that take you to the festival ground gates:

  • Coming from the French Quarter:
    • Canal Streetcar Line -Stops 4 blocks from Fair Grounds’ Gate
  • Coming from Uptown / River Bend:
    • Bus Line 32-Leonidas -Stops 4 blocks from Fair Grounds’ Gate
    • Bus Line 90-Carrollton- Stops 4 blocks from Fair Grounds’ Gate
  • Coming from Irish Channel / Garden District / CBD / Esplanade:
    • Bus Line 91-Jackson/Esplanade -Stops 2 blocks from Fair Grounds’ Gate
  • Coming from New Orleans East:
    • Bus Line-94 Broad -Stops 2 blocks from Fair Grounds’ Gate
