New Orleans Regional Transit Authority Offices Closed Until Noon Tomorrow Due to Winter Weather
New Orleans, LA — The New Orleans Regional Transit Authority (RTA) announces that all RTA offices will be closed until noon tomorrow, Monday, January 26, and all administrative staff will work remotely until the office opens, as a precaution due to looming overnight winter weather. The ADA and ID Customer Service Center will also be closed until noon.
Transit services may experience delays as operators prioritize safety. Riders should plan for extra travel time and stay abreast of any service alerts by visiting norta.com/service, by using the Le Pass app, by following the RTA’s social media channels and/or by calling Rideline at (504) 248-3900.
Additional updates will be shared as conditions change.
