The New Orleans East Service Improvement Plan (ESIP) is a data-driven initiative to evaluate and redesign bus service in New Orleans East. The project combines rider feedback, operational data, and stakeholder engagement to improve transit reliability, accessibility, and overall system performance while remaining resource-neutral.
