RTA Makes Service Adjustments for Taylor Swift Concerts This Weekend

  • October 24th, 2024

NEW ORLEANS – The New Orleans Regional Transit Authority (RTA) is stepping up for Taylor Swift fans in town this weekend for the Eras Tour. We are making adjustments to our bus, streetcar and ferry service as needed so that regular and visiting riders can get to where they need to go:

  • The Algiers Point-Canal Street Ferry will add a second vessel to accommodate the anticipated increase in ridership, with ferries leaving every 15 minutes instead of every 30 minutes (Friday – Sunday, Oct. 25-27).
  • The 202 Airport Express bus that runs round-trip between downtown and Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport will feature an additional two buses on the route so that riders can get to and from the airport every 30 minutes instead of every 90 minutes, now through Monday (Oct. 28).
  • RTA will make additional service adjustments as needed. Riders can expect detours around the downtown area during the concerts.

Please download the Le Pass app, follow us on social media at @neworleansrta for updates, visit norta.com/taylor, or call our Rideline at (504) 248-3900.
