Join RTA as we celebrate the 100-year anniversary of the historic Perley A. Thomas streetcar with a block party at our Carrollton Streetcar Barn. This family-friendly event will include snowballs, cotton candy, popcorn, refreshments, face painting and more! The celebration will run from 10 to 1 p.m., in between Dublin and Willow streets, and is free and open to the public.
