Krewe of O.A.K. Midsummer Mardi Gras will run the evening of Saturday, August 24. Riders will see some adjustments in service as a result of traffice in the area.

Routes Affected

#12 – St. Charles Service Adjustments

During the parade, the streetcar itself will not travel between the Riverbend (at St. Charles and S. Carrollton Ave.) and the Uptown end of the line at S. Carrollton Ave. & S. Claiborne Ave. Service between those points will instead be provided by shuttle operating along the route.

#31 Leonidas-Gentilly and #32 Leonidas-Tremes Service Adjustments

See the below planned detour routes. Select the layer for the direction you will travel. The detour begins at point A, deviating from the normal route, and returns to the normal route at point B. Remember that plans are subject to change, as circumstances on the ground may necessitate adjustments.
