Algiers Service Improvement Plan
Developing better bus service for Algiers riders
Algiers Service Improvement Plan
You asked, we listened. Algiers transit riders can expect to have improved bus service starting on September 20, 2026.
Throughout 2025, RTA surveyed and spoke with riders, sharing with us their vision and goals for transit. Those goals were:
- more frequent service,
- faster trips to downtown,
- better service to grocery stores,
- continued access to transfer hubs.
The changes will affect service on these routes:
- 103–General Meyer
- 105–Algiers Local
- 114A–Garden Oaks-Sullen
- 114B–Garden Oaks-Woodland
