Algiers Service Improvement Plan
Developing better bus service for Algiers riders
Algiers Service Improvement Plan
RTA is proposing major improvements to Algiers bus service. RTA riders have provided feedback throughout 2025 and gave their vision and goals for transit.
Those goals were:
- more frequent service,
- faster trips to downtown,
- better service to grocery stores,
- continued access to transfer hubs.
We listened to Algiers riders and have a plan to improve bus service.
Check Out the Improvements Here
The proposed Recommended Network will benefit the vast majority of Algiers bus riders with more frequent service, faster trips to downtown, and one-seat rides to grocery stores.
In response to community feedback, the RTA developed a Recommended Network to improve bus service for Algiers riders.
Tell Us What You Think
We are holding an in-person and online opportunity to provide your feedback on the Recommended Network.
