For a non-emergency situation contact Customer service: 504-248-3900 or Customer Service. Security situations are immediately reported to RTA Transit Police.
How to Report a Safety Hazard in the System (Non-Emergency)
Let us know of any hazards in the transit system – for example, broken glass at a bus shelter or broken sidewalk at a bus stop. Report safety concerns and hazards by contacting Customer service: 504-248-3900 or send your feedback directly to Customer Service.
Report Concerns with Our New See Say app.
Report safety concerns and suspicious activity using our See Say app. In just a few clicks, riders can share photos, videos, texts, and incident location details to RTA transit police. While reports will be monitored 24-7, the See Say app is not intended as a replacement for calling 911 in emergencies.
